The Haqqani group was initially encouraged & funded by USA. This picture clearly shows that Haqqani leader was state guest in Ronald Regan Era. Still they are negotiating with them and now suddenly blaming Pakistan whereas Pakistan was helping to solve USA's issues. It gives clear signal that we can not rely on our so-called friend USA.
